- Voting opens Monday 4th July 2011 and closes on Wednesday 31st August 2011

- You may only cast your vote by voting on www.pinkawards.co.uk The winners of each category will be defined by the number of individual votes received.

- You can only vote once (any additional votes will be discounted), votes will only be accepted from individuals/companies who hold a valid FSA registration number.

- Votes received outside of the specified times will not be counted.

- Only nominations on the official voting form on the website will be accepted as valid. By submitting the voting form you accept the terms and conditions. - Voting times are liable to change and Pink Home loans may suspend, withdraw or re-set voting at its sole discretion at any time and will post any updates on www.pinkawards.co.uk Pink Home Loans reserves the right to discount votes if it has grounds to suspect that fraudulent or automated votes has occurred.

- Pink Home Loans do not accept any responsability whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.

- All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

- These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
